Meet Dianna Thomas
Dietitian. Trainer. Rule-Breaker.
I’m Dianna Thomas, founder of Rooted Nutrition—and I’m here to change the way you experience health.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Georgia, where I also became a CDC-certified Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach and worked in community nutrition research. After that, I completed my dietetic internship at Emory University Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in clinical and community settings.

On top of that, I’m a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor—so I don’t just understand nutrition, I know how to make it work with movement. My specialties include sports nutrition, body recomposition, metabolic health, PCOS, pre-diabetes, women’s health, and sustainable fat loss.

What makes me different? I merge professional expertise with personal experience. I’ve lived it, studied it, and helped countless clients transform their lives using a science-backed, realistic approach. No gimmicks. No BS. Just strategies that actually work for your body and your life.
